Time flies when you're having fun...or when school won't let you rest!

It's crazy how fast the month of October went. I feel like I'm looking back on it and saying "Where did you goooooooooo?" And then I got flash backs of the first day of third year...then the first day of first year. It's amazing how you can close your eyes and imagine yourself being in the past - you can feel the movements, the aromas, the sights...the brain is amazing! Sometimes I just sit in wonder of its complexities and be in awe of the God of the universe who made it!

This week has been...ummm...ok. Actually, really good. Especially in Evolution. Dr. Johnston is awesome! On Tuesday, he comes into class saying, "So...that midterm was pretty hard, huh. But don't worry, I have a plan!" Yesterday he tells us the plan: "So...the class average was...53%. Yeah...it's a wonder I'm still alive after grading them. That exam was pretty hard...12 points too hard actually. So everyone gets 12 points added to their mark! And if you do better on the final, your midterm will be dropped!" Thought to self: I love you!!!

That was definitely the highlight of the week. Other highlights?
1. I finished the book "What's So Amazing About Grace?" So good!!! I really feel God used it to teach me alot about Himself and myself also and how I treat others. Highly recommend it!
2. Last Saturday I went horseback riding!!! I haven't gone since I was 3 years old where I almost got flung off the back of a horse so it was really exciting to get on one again. My horse was really cute...his name was Frankie and he was really good to me :).
3. Record time for being done chem lab: 45 minutes!!! Today was awesome!
4. Physiology lab - watching reflexes and seeing that I have none :D.
5. Here's what WILL be a highlight: studying Organic Chem from 9-4 tomorrow with Matt...woohoo...we're totally going hard-core and aiming high...A+ here I come...or maybe a B would be nice :).

You're a mutant Jessie...kinda like spiderman...except I don't see how your knee-jerk reflex is gonna save the world...:P.

Totally after the fact, however....an absense of reflexes implies deficiencies in the spine and nervous system, as well as a general depressed state. This does not bode well for you two. ;)
