Growing Pains

Today in Physiology, we learned about what happens when you have too much growth hormone: Giantism. There was this boy scout who, at the age of 14 years, was over 7 FEET TALL! And at the age of 22, he was over 8 FEET TALL! Insane. Well, shortly after that lecture, I started getting pains up my right leg. Pains that go from my ankles, to my knees, to my hip. What is it from??? Could be badminton which I played yesterday, but I didn't twist my body in any weird ways or dive to hit the birdie. Then in my Discipleship Group, Megan says it could be growing pains. There's nothing wrong with growing at the age of 18 (almost 19). An extra few inches might be nice! What concerns me is that it's in ONE leg. Does this mean I'll be unbalanced? That one leg will be an inch longer than the other? I met a girl this summer whose right foot was 2 shoe sized bigger than her left. But no one sees feet that much. I'm gonna have ONE gangly giraffe leg!!!

One of my legs is a tiny little bit longer than the other. It makes my pelvic joint pop when I walk. Quite intersting stuff. And it's occasionally sore. But other than that, it's not that bad! Let's start a club!

ew. that's kinda graphic morgan. if you're feeling numbness rebekah, it could be circulation. but if it's just pain, I have nothing to suggest as I am not a medical student/professional.

Hey, good news, the pain's gone! Yay! I think it was the badminton...or the speed walking I was doing. But I was totally up for starting a club with you Morgan...hey, we still can! We'll call it the pelvic poppers ;).
